@aaronmatch isn’t the ipad I big iPod touch? What’s your point?
@Tacokid195 Awesome just tried at my local Best Buy about to pick one up from tmobile on my even more plus plan! you can pay it off with 20 installments of $30 a month!!! No extra data plan needed since the even more plus includes unlimited internet!!
@IRIE4IPIER
Isn’t this a big Samsung Galaxy S??
@Edwardn97 – I dont know nothing about galaxy,but it have it.- well said. You do not know anything but you thinks its good. You can buy a made in china tablet for less than US$100 and it has even more, so why is it not bring popular ?
please what is the differences between Samsung Galaxy Tab vs Galaxy Tab (T-Mobile)
and is the battery life is it same ????
@toonygamer2004 – Ipad may be the best tablet on the market, but it’s hard to be fair at this poin —> and the only excuse that you have for this is because you consider “Android” an open source. OK lets answer this question – Do you own a router ? So do you stop buying a router because the firmware is not open-source ? You like Android that’s fine with me because may be for your lifestyle Android device is better choice but for me I use PC with Win7 and for phone yes iPhone
@toonygamer2004 – Opensource want to laugh at this point. Is intel CPU design open source, Is samsung cpu is open source? Is blue ray standrad opensource ? Who cares about open-source unless you like to code and very few people do such. People do not care about this and it has been proven over time, for example VHS, JPEG, HD DVD, Blue RAY, Blue tooth, GSM …should I go on ?

@toonygamer2004 – Yes as usual I can not call iPad a great product because it is right and again “fanboy” hmm.. lack of Marketing education I guess. Great product is great very simple.
@dotroy
Especially when the os of Android itself is not optimized for tablets.
That’s Samsung’s, and other companies doing.
There isn’t too much competition for the ipad right now. Just for now.
—
I can tell your a fan boy.
You hurry back with fists when you see someone disturb “ipad.”
Please keep an open mind. Thank you.
@dotroy
Ok
Again, I don’t think I want to spend 500 bucks on a larger screen.
It may make sense for someone who may have money to spend. If I had money to spend, sure, why not. –just not me. This is just my “opinion”. Please bear that in mind.
–and, if you read my comment, I clearly stated that it’s hard to be fair at this point. Meaning, Android is an open source os, and apple is closed. So, the recreation of Android’s os on a tablet is just not a good idea right now.
@toonygamer2004 – Tablet is not useless and it is not a phone. When in bed try to browse with a net book and it is very annoying, with phone the screen is too small but with tablet it is not too big or small and easy to browse which chilling.
iPad is the best tablet in the market and this is true at this point so why deny the truth. I am not much for brand name but I buy what I think is best. For example my cpu is intel, graphics card is ati, display is samsung
@drphysx
1. File system access is not so important in a platform where hd space is very limited
2. Android does not take advantage of bigger screen yet, since it does not support tablet yet.
3.Android apps are designed to run on small phone screen
Pls do your research and then post
@toonygamer2004 – Yes Galaxy sucks and this is my honest opinion. Using a phone version of OS in tablet is just another way to make quick money from tablet popularity, specially iPAD. This is a “me too” product which uses an Android version which does not support tablet platfrom.
@dotroy
Ipad may be the best tablet on the market, but it’s hard to be fair at this point.
Apple first recreated the iphone’s ios on the tablet, and made it compatible with the tablet’s size along with it being a closed software. Android, and it’s open use…forget about it now.
I still think tablets in general, including the ipad, just seem pretty useless. The same specs built in the tablets can be found on a pocket able phone. I don’t think I want to spend so much on a large screen.
Fake ass ipad
I know that has been released to verizon, sprint and t mobile, but has it been released to stores yet ?
If I want to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S tab do I have to absolutely enroll in a data plan? Can I just buy the device without a data plan?
Or if I absolutely HAVE to have a data plan, can I just buy the device from at&t and just purchase pay as you go for one month and not ever pay for data again?
Thanks for all the help in advance!
@IRIE4IPIER -Code me a stupid tab calculator please and show me you have the ability to do even simple stuff
@smarty87s -Yes thanks for telling the truth. Most people here did not have touch the device but commenting on it just by looking at the VDO. When they will use this they will realized that when flash is turned on the device is less responsive & the size is a problem because you do not get as big as regular tablet and not as small as regular phone so that it is easy to carry around
@drphysx – Android 2.2 is not designed for tablet, what are you talking about ? Samsung Tab is a phone designed like a tab. The phone feature had to be a must because Android 2.2 licensing agreement does not allow to release tablet only yet.Tab also does not run app in native resolution but the screen size is not big enough to nice such.
@toonygamer2004 -Yes like you said Android 2.2 does not suck bust rushing to use an unfinished US to implement on tablet made it suck. The size is an issue as well. It is too small for a tablet and too big for a phone. iPad is still the best tablet around. I remember back in the days when iPhone came out there are lot of reviewer used to complain about touch screen keyboard and lack of tactile feedback and I used to laugh back then. Look now touchscreen keyboard are becoming standard.
Maybe you can tell me why the t mobile version did not come preloaded with the readers hub or the social hub. If you ask me we got a knock off version of the tab while the euro version came with the full capabilities of the device. Sorry to say but i personally dont think its the i pad killer. 🙁 SAMSUNG please send an update with he readers hub or the social hub.
great vid
