I do not need 3G. I only need a wi-fi version.

It is possible to buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab without a contract with any of the carriers on 3G. You can also use it on a WiFi network. It has great connectivity with 3G WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0. It also features A-GPS and is packed with sensors such as Accelerometer, Geo-magnetic sensor, Gyroscope, and light sensor.
