No. It’s not a phone. It’s a tablet computer. You have the option of getting 3g data service on a month to month basis.

Depending on which carrier you buy it for, you can get it for $549.99, and I think they make you sign up for 1 month of data at $20 bucks a month, but you can cancel it after a month. I think this is only for Verizon, not sure about the other carriers versions.
