I he has WiFi, he can download Skype, and you do the same, then you can communicate using Skype

I’m not sure about whether or not a samsung galaxy tab is like an iPad but, register ur email with ur tab and add urself in his iPod and add the email on ur name….. No have him go to FaceTime and select ur contact and send a call to ur email address…… Hope i helped!
Not with the FaceTime app. The FaceTime app on the touch can only link to another touch or iPhone.
Use skype or vonage over wifi.
