Install the latest ooVoo app from the Android Market for your Samsung Galaxy Tab

Open the ooVoo application, DO NOT SIGN IN. From the sign in page, click ‘Get a new ooVoo account’.

Note: When installing ooVoo, the ‘Create a new ooVoo account’ window opens automatically.
