I asked my dad to buy me an ipod touch ‘coz I wanted a Tap Tap Revenge but he bought me a Samsung Galaxy Tab. Is there a Tap Tap Revenge for that? or anything alike?

Nope, a lot of these apps won’t work on the Galaxy Tab. He should have got you an iPad it’s a better iPod touch for the same price of the Galaxy Tab.

But to answer your question:
Yes there are many games like that on it, just not Tap Tap Revenge yet , even though it’s already in progress to start building it for android community.
There is lots of games very similar, I use also guitar hero etc..
