@SavbersTv The construction of it is just plain shit. The fact that it is made of plastic is the biggest downfall of the phone. Just hold it in your hand and then hold for example a nexus one and you will notice the major difference between the galaxy’s plastic versus metal. Two of my friends who own galaxy s phones have accidental broken because the plastic simply did not protect the internal components when it fell. So thank you, I will have fun with my phone that I know can take a beating
@sanman312 It’s made from high grade biodegradable plastics… just thought you should know that. It also makes the phone way cheaper & lighter.

@601Werner true…they do have more apps than androids…but most of their apps are lite..which means they are demo..to play full version you have to buy it…

@zhang2003 battery life sucks on the sgs, it takes forever to charge and when i play a game it lasts about an hour, i was in bed playing robo defence when the fucker died, now i am on utube waiting for the POS to recharge, gets to 30% lasts about 15 mins, aaaagh
@ryn7yen2 I went the way of Android because they don’t restrict my choices so severely. If there’s anything bad about Android’s options, it’s that I can’t decide! I change out the apps and appearance of my phone several times a month! I’m hooked and am seriously considering the Galaxy when my phone goes kaput. I admit it: the Android phone is the new crackberry! LOL.
@ryn7yen2 that’s not true. A lot of apps for the Iphone are free, as a matter of fact, it has more free apps that Android. Secondly, the IOS works perfectly and in my opinion it is better than Android. However, I prefer the Samsung Galaxy S because of swype, AMOLED etc.

can someone please give me an honest opionon on battery life. i will use for general use only like txt, call. but i dont call people much, jus quick calls. also, i will use internet for email only, not for pleasure as i dont like surfing on phones. so how long on average battery will last? also i always switch my phones off when i sleep. cheers

The battery need a charger every? 10 hours, the Galaxy S cannot connect with my parrot and my PC (have a glance at forums dealing with this problem, they are numerous), sometimes the keyboard is locked and there is no other solution but swith off the phone, it isn’t able to connect to the network as other phone use to do it (compared to old nokia, Blackberry and and Iphone…).
I just want to warn people about this stupid item. The Iphone has many mistakes and this one too.
