Might just be me but wouldnt a UMPC be a beter deal since it would last longer and be more performance?
@areas180689 i guess you missed that it has a better screen, more ram, better CPU, 2 cameras, accelerometer is not worse it just seem that way becuse the tab doesn’t have a whirling animation, it’s a phone!! and it’s not slower than iPad.
@yan6285 scrolling is a little slower beause of all the flash content on that page. it’s normal even desktop PCs lag a bit because of flash content.

Wow, i checked the statistics, this is bbetter than the ipad basically.
516 ram, while ipad has 256. has 2 cameras, front and back. this has full 1080p hd while ipad has 720p. this is smaller too, works as a cellphone, has adobe flash and everything.

why do we need tabs? They make our phones look bad and they just look like a large version of a phone that you can’t put in your pocket so you leave it at home. they should go back to the drawing board and make the tab a real functioning machine like a laptop. I bet in a couple of years we will look at the tab like the mini disc player. Lived a short life.

@areas180689 you are right everyone has different taste but even saying that, I think Galaxy tab is far far better than I pad. I used Ipad,Iphone in London but I found bit awkard to carry them both are heavy and tacky design sometimes frozen screen without perfoming well multitasking things.I am a final year university student so I am using computer a lot too but apple computer including Iphone and I pad I found bit clumsy to use for my document making works and even to prepare for my powerpont
