Great review as usual. Thanks for turning the music down while continuing with the review. You always have the most in-depth reviews, and always seem to show the little quirks that arise while testing before showing your reviews. Much appreciated, hope to see a Verizon iPhone review in the next few months from you.
If anyone ever wants to see a great review about anything tech-related, just search your desired device plus mobileburn. These guys do it all, and do it well.
Do you live near the Nashaminy mall area? During the slide show it seemed familiar.
It’s waaaaaaaaaaaay better than the ipad! No one can deny that.
I guess you forgot to review the ebook reader part of it. It’s a place where it really shines. Also, there is a usb adapter available for it which wouldn’t bother me to have to put in. On the downside, a swappable battery would have been nice.
Ewww giants!:lets go eagles.:D
You can get apps to appear as full screen on the Tab
Go to the JJKMobile site where the guy has posted a video showing how this is done
I just hope that Samsung releases some updates that can speed up the overall interface of the device to take the product from good to excellent.
@siralexu
Its not the processor, its actually the stock browser that is slightly slow in scrolling mode while the Flash content is playing. You can download third party (free) browsers like Opera, Dolphin HD, Firefox mobile Skyfire and many others that, in my opinion, works better and also has more features than the stock browser. Who wants a stock browser anyway? 😀
I find the Qip app to be really bad. I like the Tango application for Android much better.
the videocall may work better in other places, here in portugal the videocallings are great :S
@siralexu The 2.2 browser has fash of course (don’t know why he hasn’t shown it).
I think in many ways it’s far better than the iPad and the UI is very nice.
BTW: The Europe version can do normal voice calls.
@mobileburn im surprised from what ive heard that hummingbird processor should have been able to handle flash pretty well
@siralexu It does have Flash, but the YouTube client does a better job than embedded flash in a webpage.
youtube client doesnt it have flash support?
