Tech Toyz reviews Samsung Galaxy tablet

IFA which is the world’s largest trade fair for consumer electronics is held every year. The only gadget that showed some spark was the Samsung Galaxy Tablet. September fest also saw another talk of the town-Apple’s uber cool lineup of iPods.

“Officials from Samsung Electronics announced that the South Korean company will reportedly launch its Galaxy S smartphone and Galaxy Tab tablet PC in Japan by the end of this year, AFP reports Tuesday. The Galaxy S smartphone and the Galaxy Tab, Samsung’s first-ever tablet PC, will be paired against Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) ever-popular iPhone 4 and iPad devices. The Galaxy S will be released by the end of October and the Galaxy Tab is slated for release in December; both will operate under NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s biggest mobile operator. Samsung officials said that the Galaxy S has been “”a phenomenal success”” in the smartphone market worldwide, with over five million units sold globally.
